Born and raised on the south side of a small town called Chicago, Bethany Dwyer has had an itch for performing since she could spit up. She has studied acting and improv at Columbia College, The Groundlings, Annoyance Theater, and Carolyn Barry to name a few. Performing is in her DNA. Bethany’s grandfather, Albert Klozik, a comedian, dancer and singer who acted with vaudeville legends like Red Skelton. And her great-uncle Frank Sylvano was a singer who performed with Bing Crosby, Isham Jones, and Fred Astaire.

Recently working with independent film pioneer Henry Jaglom. Bethany acted in his play, “Always, But Not Forever” along with a cast that included Noah Wyle and Judd Nelson. She has also worked with other esteemed actors like Eric Roberts and Karen Black. Bethany is not only a stand-up comic but is also a writer, artist, musician, photographer and actor. She is currently hosting the cutting edge comedy critique show “Trailer Trash”. Bethany’s observational and sweetly twisted sense of humor is capturing audiences across the nation.
